It's easy and straightforward!

First, prepare fruits and put them into the mold. Next, pour juice, yogurt, or anything you like into the mold, and then freeze! Finally, after taking out the mold, let it settle down for a few minutes, then just pull the ice pop out with a gentle twist. Et voilà! One batch produces 8 colorful healthy summer treats! It's party time!
